RESTYLING
Product: The internal lining is completely renewed, it is light in color and studded with Elisendra® logos. The old rectangular zips have been replaced with sinuous logoed zip pullers. Packaging: Elisendra® logoed dustproof cloth bag and adhesive nylon polybag to protect the model.

HOW AN SHIPMENT WORKS
If you want to check where your order is in real time, click on "Track my order" . For shipments we rely on the BRT express courier, which allows us to send the orders we receive throughout Italy in 24/48 working hours (48 working hours for Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia) and in Europe in 3/4 /5 working days, Monday to Friday. Shipping costs for Italy are always free for orders whose value exceeds €69; however, there will be a small commission of €5 for orders whose value does not exceed €69. Shipments to be made outside Italy will be the responsibility of the customer: the commissions will be added directly to the price of the bag. We also offer the possibility of delivering your order to a Fermopoint of your choice, at no additional cost and with the same timing as above. However, this service is only available in Italy.
HOW A RETURN WORKS
We at Elisendra® apply the "NoProblem Return" solution. If you change your mind about a color or model, you will have the possibility of carrying out one of the following three return procedures: replacement, refund or coupon, no later than 14 days. from when you receive your item.
